Saronic Fine Houses is owned and run by George Lorentzos and Ian Cooper. George is originally from Aegina with several years experience of developing property on the island. Ian has 25 years experience as a professionally qualified chartered civil engineer and is experienced in various aspects of property design and construction. Saronic Fine Houses was established to build on this experience and to provide clients with a high quality, professional and personalised service. We have been building houses on Aegina for a number of years, during which time we have not only acquired valuable experience but grown to understand what ingredients are necessary to create a wonderful island home. Throughout the whole building process we identify with the project as if we ourselves were likely to live in one of these homes. All of our houses are constructed according to Greek building laws and each stage is checked accordingly. The materials we use are of good quality and we only work with experienced and professional contractors. All houses are professionally designed to sympathise with the area in which they will be situated. We recognise that our business puts us in a good position to respect the natural environment. To this end, during the construction period, we endeavour to minimise unnecessary damage to the area and seek to restore it as far as possible; for example in replacing indigenous species of trees. By remaining sensitive to the needs of the client and the environment, we create lovely homes in harmony with the local area. Our services: The main emphasis of the business is the development of properties on small to medium sized plots. Please visit the property development section to see more about the type of work we do. However, we also advertise land and property which is for sale. In such cases we will research them, before advertising, to ensure that they are problem free and ready for sale. Once satisfied that they are of saleable status, we will advertise them for sale in the land sales or house sales sections. We are willing and able to navigate our customers throughout the whole purchasing process which, even at its simplest level can be rather daunting but with support and good communication can be made much easier. We are also prepared to develop an individuals' building project by consulting with an architect who is specifically sensitive to the clients' needs and design bias and thereafter, if required we'll manage the whole project to completion.
